综采面地轨式电气列车转移过弯道技术

Study on rail type electric tachometer indicator train which passded the curved track in Fully mehanized caving face

摘要: 通过对综采工作面地轨式电气列车在相邻巷道间转移方案的比较,确定了电气列车采用过弯道转移方案。从转弯半径的确定、弯道铺设及加固处理、绞车型号的确定、电缆单轨吊的处理、绞车操作顺序以及防跑车措施等方面分析了电气列车过弯道的各项关键技术,并在高河矿井进行工业性实践,得出了电气列车过弯道技术的重点环节和难点把握,实现了电气列车在巷道间的安全高效的转移。

Abstract: Compared with different schemes of transfering the rail type electric tachometer indicator train between adjacent gateways in fully mechanized caving face ,we got the feasibile method of the train which passed the curved track.Through analyzing and industrial testing the key points of the project in coal,we got several important links.Then,we optimized the effect of train trasfering between adjacent gateways.The cost decreased and the coal exploitation rate increased.
